I offer one-on-one virtual nutrition coaching to help Christian women stop dieting and learn to truly honor God with their health. You’ll learn to let go of diet rules and disordered eating while learning to eat intuitively to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

As a Registered Dietitian and a Christian, I specialize in helping women understand and embrace nutrition science truth about their bodies and food alongside God’s TRUTH for their bodies and food.

What you get:

Truth Based Nutrition is the first step to healing your relationship with food and your body from a faith-based perspective. Through nutrition coaching, you'll receive direct guidance from a foundation built on nutrition science truth and intuitive eating principles. You'll also have support using what God's truth says about food and your body. 

The Truth Based Nutrition 1:1 Coaching package includes:

  • 3 months of direct support with Liesel Maddox, Registered Dietitian and food freedom expert

  • 12 weeks of 1:1 virtual coaching sessions including one 75 minute initial session, ten 45-60 minute follow up sessions, and one 60 minute final session

  • Hunger and fullness support

  • Meal planning support in session

  • Faith-based food and body image support

  • Accountability with a dietitian

  • Private messaging between sessions via Practice Better

  • One-on-one support to reach your health goals using a faith-based approach

  • Option to renew

FAQs

  • We go over the cost in your free 15 minute discovery call. I offer payment plans and am able to accept HSA/FSA funds as a form of payment for nutrition coaching! If money is a barrier for you, individualized payment plans may be created on a case-by-case basis.

  • I will hopefully be in-network with a few major commercial insurance companies later in 2024! In the meantime, I offer payment plans and am able to accept HSA/FSA funds as a form of payment for nutrition services if that’s available to you! Additionally, I can provide you with a Superbill (itemized receipt for nutrition services) for you to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement.

  • I offer nutrition coaching sessions in a package format because I have seen my clients have the most success in their journeys when they receive the full support from meeting together. Attending one or two nutrition sessions will not provide you with the progress needed to reach your food freedom goals. To make sure you feel confident that working with me is the right fit for you I offer a free virtual discovery call prior to booking your coaching package.

  • Yes! Currently I offer the ability to pay in full or choose a 3 month, 4 month, or 6 month payment plan.

  • The minimum time commitment for nutrition coaching with me is attending one 45-60 minute virtual session per week. You also have the ability to message me on a secure messaging platform between sessions for more support. For clients who would like more “homework” between sessions I am happy to provide additional resources to work on to jumpstart their healing journeys.

  • My approach is weight neutral, which means we do not focus on weight loss. To truly listen to your body, heal your relationship with food, and help your metabolism, weight loss needs to be placed on the backburner for now.

  • No, I'm here to help you heal your relationship with food and find a consistent, sustainable eating routine for you that lasts. I teach you to nourish your body without following a diet plan or meal plan.
